About FSO
Our Founding Story
Feel & Support Organization (FSO) was founded in Shigar, Gilgit-Baltistan, by students of Akhuwat College who experienced firsthand the lack of guidance for remote students seeking higher education.
We saw that bright students from Shigar and other valleys had no access to scholarship news, admission procedures, or career choices. Out of this need, FSO was created to bridge the information gap through local sessions and peer networks.

Our Core Mission Areas
- Facilitating career awareness and counseling sessions across remote GB districts.
- Providing university-specific mentors via a designated Ambassador pipeline.
- Offering guidance on fully-funded and need-based scholarships.
- Conducting crisis response and voluntary emergency relief actions.
Our Governance Framework
FSO operates on a multi-tier accountability chain that ensures transparent leadership selections and operational integrity.
Chairman
Holds strategic oversight and represents the organization nationally and internationally, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Board of Directors (BOD)
The policy-making body of FSO. Initiates specialized humanitarian programs and supervises Cabinet nominations.
President
Operational center of gravity. Supervises executive cabinets, department leaders, and general member updates.
Cabinet & Department Heads
Contains the General Secretary, Finance Secretary, and 11 Department heads executing monthly schedules.

Government Accreditation
Registered with the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961 (XLVI of 1961). Reference AC-HC-5(47)/2021.
Legal Framework & Status
Feel & Support Organization is a registered, non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian student organization. We operate strictly under a formal constitution signed by our founders and verified by the local executive commissioner.
All FSO members serve on a strictly voluntary basis, with zero commercial liability. Funding is sourced via member monthly contributions (PKR 100/month) and verified donor contributions, audited annually by registered public auditors.
